Israel: “destruction of the Iranian nation”

Posted by Parsin on April 9, 2008

Israeli regime has always been a threat to the whole world. Once in a while they escalate war rumors and try to hide their brutal face by diverting world attention from their massacres in Palestine toward Iran. However, this time they clearly revealed their real intentions about Iranian people!! : “destruction of the Iranian nation”!!

Read the full news:
————————————-
An Israeli Cabinet minister has warned Iran that any attack on the Jewish state would result in the “destruction of the Iranian nation”.

The comments by Infrastructure Minister Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, a former defence minister, came as Israel held a weeklong countrywide civil defence exercise to practice government and military responses to a national emergency, such as an attack by militant groups or enemy state.

Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has often said Israel should be “wiped off the map” and backs Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas who fought a month-long war with Israel in 2006.

“An Iranian attack would result in a harsh Israeli reaction that would cause the destruction of the Iranian nation,” Ben-Eliezer said. “They are definitely aware of our power.”

Iran is pursuing nuclear technology it says would be used to generate electricity. The US, EU and Israel believe Iran is trying to develop nuclear weapons instead. Iran says it already has long-range missiles that can reach Israel.

Israel is widely believed to have a large stockpile of nuclear weapons but follows a policy it calls “nuclear ambiguity,” and has never acknowledged or denied having a nuclear weapons program.

Israeli leaders, including Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, have declared that the civil defence exercise is not meant to increase tensions in the region.

Meanwhile, Iran has said it is willing to enter another round of talks with the US over Iraq’s security.

Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad Ali Hosseini did not give a possible time for the next round of talks.

Washington has accused Iran of funnelling arms to extremist groups in Iraq, but Tehran denies it.

Interesting that many Iranian jews live in Jerusalem, and other cities of Israel. Some of them really feel closeness to Iran and iranian culture. But why they accept to do that with Iranians?!
Anyway i personally think Syria or Hizbullah are next in american war on terror..

    God Parsin:

Can’t you see what you just did? You took that whole story out of context. How in the world can you blame Israel when:

“An Israeli Cabinet minister has warned Iran that any attack on the Jewish state would result in the “destruction of the Iranian nation”.”

–This is a warning, and a justified one, based on the next piece of information in the story:

“Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has often said Israel should be “wiped off the map” and backs Lebanese Hezbollah guerrillas who fought a month-long war with Israel in 2006.”

–Just what do you expect the Israelis to do, shower Ahmadinejad with jewels and other gifts. This imbecile has basically broadcasted to the world he is Israel’s enemy and he supports terrorist groups that strike Israel. Had he made these statements about China, Beijing would have nuked Tehran in 10 minutes flat! You just can’t go on the public stage and make comments like that!!!!!!!!!!!!

“…….Iran says it already has long-range missiles that can reach Israel.”

–Again, you can’t put that out and not expect fallout from such stupidity.

    Parsin:

I believe a person has the right to think whatever he choses and even hate people, but when it affects world peace, that person needs to keep their mouth shut — completely.

This is exactly why our own George W. Bush is so widely disliked and disrespected across the world. He preaches conspiracy theories and flings innuendos at those he don’t trust, like the all famous “Axis of Evil.” I never blamed your country for being pissed at that statement. In fact, I was pissed myself, as many other of my countrymen.

    Glenn,
The context is very clear. Israel has warned that they will “destroy all Iranians”, and I have put the full news over there for people’s judgment!
Have you ever asked yourself why once in a while Israel is escalating these issues!?? What Ahmadinejad has said belong to several months ago and after that several top Iranian politicians corrected that claim. . . .Why Israel is bringing that up into the surface again!!
You may not like to believe it because of what has happened to Jews in the past, and I condemn those actions, but by no means they justify any of these criminal actions by Israel.

Israel would like to separate Iran and US as much as it can. They get a lots of support from US just because of a faked enemy they make of Iran. I don’t want to repeat that we also have some stupids in this side that help them by their nonsense slogans.
It is in the interest of Israel to have an alert stage all the time in US and in the region. They will not stay in power without that.

    Parsin:

Let me again reinforce my dislike for Israelis as human beings, but the fact is they do have the strongest military in the region and have defeated every country and sect that ever invaded them.

In fact, although they might be a smaller nation than we are, I still regard their military as far more intelligent, stronger, disciplined and bold than our armed forces.

And the truth is they never fire the first shot. Yes, their retaliations are brutal, but “all’s fair in love and war!” If someone punches me in the face, I’m going to pick up a chair and smash it over his head. This will insure he won’t pull that crap again.

If the Palestinians and Lebanese truly want peace with Israel, they need to stop harboring terrorist groups on their soil. And that they can do. But as long as they allow them to make their home in these countries, they are subjecting themselves to trouble.

There are two sides to this issue Parsin, and both have to be examined.

  5. Parsin Says:

If military power was able to do any good, it should have saved USSR from falling apart!
Sooner or later, the world will come to a conclusion to respect the rights of Palestinians. They are the true owners of these lands. If Hitler killed Jews, why should Palestinians pay the price. Europe should compensate for their actions not Palestinians. And on what human factors you accept that some people (Jews or whatever)to push some other people from their homes and their country and to kill them and then if they started to defend their selves, they will be called “terrorists”.

Glenn, I can’t believe how you can close your eyes to the reality and watch it through the interest of one group. And I tell you, if Israel continues, it would be Israel that would pay the most. Justice will never get lost in the world. Those who make terror and kill innocent people will never get through. Sooner or later they will pay for it.
